About Dr. Diana

Dr. Diana Jordan-Baldwin’s leadership journey reflects a lifetime of service, resilience, and purpose.

She honorably served in the United States Army and is a service-disabled veteran whose military foundation informs her disciplined, mission-focused leadership style. She is also a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal (BSM), a U.S. military decoration awarded for heroic achievement, and the Meritorious Service Medal (MSM), a U.S. military award recognizing outstanding non-combat achievement. As a Gold Star spouse, she carries a deep personal understanding of sacrifice and commitment—fueling her advocacy for veterans, families, and communities.

Presidential Lifetime Volunteer Service Award Is The award is part of the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) program, which honors Americans who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to service.

The Lifetime Award is the highest level and is meant for people whose volunteer work spans many years and creates long-term impact.

Dr. Jordan-Baldwin is the CEO and Founder of the Christopher Burks Scholarship Foundation, established to empower youth through education, mentorship, and opportunity. She also provides services and empowerment programs for individuals with disabilities, promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion.

Her work spans nonprofit leadership, disability advocacy, faith-based service, and civic engagement, creating meaningful, sustainable community impact.
